Ground Lessons
When it comes to horses, education out of the saddle matters just as much, if not more, then time spent in the saddle. You can build a safe and trustworthy relationship with a horse that is the groundwork of successful riding and partnership.
We can build a mindful and progressive groundwork routine that you and your horse both enjoy, and develop all the necessary skills you need to become a better horseman.
In our ground work program we work with different ranges of horses. Giving you the opportunity to learn how to handle different breeds, experiences, and personalities. We want you to build up to having confidence working out of saddle with horses of all kinds.
Learn to round pen, lunge, groom, tack up, trick train, problem solve, lead, catch, train, liberty work and much more.
Ground work is a great way to work with horses if you have limitations for riding, building confidence before riding, or want to learn how to do groundwork in a more experienced and practiced environment for future work with your own horse.
Safety is a top priority and we do all we can to give you knowledge on how to work alongside these powerful creatures well.

45 minute lesson- $30
1 Hour lesson- $35
Farm call lesson rates are the same plus an additional travel cost. Contact for info on travel price.
If you want to bring your own horse here for a lesson, they must have a current, negative coggins.
